Registration Fees:
Early Registration: $45 (On or before 1/10/12)
Standard Registration: $75 (On or after 1/11/12)
Consumer Registration (for persons with disabilities and/or their parent, guardian or primary caregiver)
Consumer Registration: $20
Full-Time Student (12 credit hours or more of course work in higher education): $20.00
Methods of payment accepted are Visa, MasterCard, or by mailing a check. Please make checks payable to 'LIFE Conference' and mail payment to LIFE Conference c/o The SEER Group LLC, 1521 Concord Pike, Suite 301, Wilmington, DE 19803. Check payments sent by mail must be received within 10 days of your registration. Due to space limitations, paid registrations will take priority over unpaid registrations regardless of the registration date.
No refunds for cancellations will be accepted after 12/20/11.
